• Provide accurate, complete, and current information through your Google account
• Maintain the security of your account and accept responsibility for all account activities
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Understand that account data is managed separately by each site in our network
• Not misuse the Google OAuth authentication flow for unlawful activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect activity that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Dayabumi Creative Network or its content licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

For custom project work, ownership transfer terms are governed by the relevant agreement and typically apply after full payment, unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds

For paid services:

• An initial 50% deposit may be required before work begins
• The remaining balance may be required before project launch or handover
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Late payment beyond 14 days may result in service suspension
• Refunds are considered only in specific cases and at our discretion

6. Limitation of Liability

Dayabumi Creative Network will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranties & Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but this website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted on this website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
